Here are settings for Windows XP and Word 2002 (Word XP). Our settings are different than Freedom Scientific's settings as we want the settings to work with both Magnification and Speech access.
The instructions are given with the associated keystrokes for screen reader users.

Right click desktop
After JFW has been started, Windows Key+M
Press Context Menu Key
Arrange Icons by, press Enter (Default)
Auto Arrange (5 down arrows)
Press Enter to turn on

Right click the Start Menu button
Press Tab Key to locate Start Button
Press Context Menu Key
Select Properties using up or down Arrow and press Enter
